Successful Debut
Saturday the fourth was my trial by fire, as it were, and it went well! Now I'm a karaoke DJ (a.k.a. KJ). It was fun, but more work than I guessed. People said I did a good job, and most importantly, better than the people currently running it at the bar. Soon I should know when I'm taking over the weekly slot.
Lots more music and equipment to buy, but that's kinda fun.

I got the job! I start on December 28th, and my first friday is New Year's Eve. A little nervous, but I'll do better than I did on December 4th with a little more equipment. Already plan on updating my books before then, since I'm adding a handful of CDs.
